Please review the terms and conditions that govern your use of Quazelle's platform and services. These Terms apply to all users who access or interact with the Quazelle platform, website, or any of our research services. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Quazelle's website, platform, research products, and any associated services. By accessing or using Quazelle, you enter into a binding agreement with us. Please read these terms carefully — they define your rights and obligations as a user of our platform.
Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and continued use of Quazelle constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
• By accessing or using Quazelle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent in-product notice.
• Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the Quazelle platform, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree to use the platform only for its intended, lawful purposes.
• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or requesting access.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Users agree not to misuse the platform, including accessing content not authorised for their subscription tier or reverse-engineering any part of the service.
• You must not share your login credentials, access tokens, or research deliverables with unauthorised third parties.
Data Privacy and Security
Quazelle is committed to protecting the personal data of its users. Our data handling practices are set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and GDPR where relevant.
• We implement technical and organisational security measures to protect user data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and annual penetration testing.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and credentials. Quazelle cannot be held liable for breaches resulting from user negligence.
Platform Use
Quazelle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes, subject to the restrictions set out in your subscription plan and these Terms.
• Users may only access and use the platform for lawful purposes consistent with the nature of the service.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the functioning of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Scraping, automated data extraction, or redistribution of platform content without written consent from Quazelle is strictly prohibited.
• Research outputs, data exports, and reports are licensed for internal use only and may not be commercially resold or publicly redistributed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quazelle's liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the platform is limited as described below. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Quazelle is not responsible for any loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all data will be accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.
• Research intelligence provided through the platform is intended to inform decision-making and does not constitute financial, legal, or regulatory advice.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination of Access
Either party may terminate access to the platform under the circumstances described below. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the effective date of termination.
• Quazelle may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach any material provision of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the platform, or any portion of it, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting our support team or through the account settings panel within the platform.
• Upon termination, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately and you must destroy any research outputs in your possession.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
• If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules in Dubai.
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
